Health Information

David L. Kiley, M.D., FACOG

David L. Kiley, M.D., FACOGDr. Kiley is well known as one of Indianapolis’ top physicians. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1986 and completed his residency at St. Vincent Hospital in 1990. He is board certified by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Kiley has served on numerous leadership committees and boards in the Indianapolis area.

In 1999, Dr. Kiley had a vision. After being in practice for several years, he wanted to create a place where his patients felt like they were a part of a family instead of just a number. As a result, Kiley OB/GYN was born. Dr. Kiley treats each patient as if he is treating a member of his own family. From the moment a patient walks in, she is treated as an individual whose needs and concerns are of the utmost importance. His philosophy is shared with his fellow physicians and staff.

Dr. Kiley practiced obstetrics and gynecology until 2008 when he decided to focus solely on his gynecologic patients. He is an accomplished surgeon with more than 20 years of experience. His caring and calm approach puts his patients at ease during both routine and difficult situations.

Dr. Kiley and his wife, Pam, reside in the Fishers area with their three children. He enjoys traveling with his family and playing golf in his free time.

Kevin Henderzahs, M.D., FACOG

Kevin Henderzahs, M.D., FACOGDr. Henderzahs completed his undergraduate degrees at Indiana University with majors in chemistry and psychology, and a minor in biology. He then earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at St. Vincent Hospital. Since 2005, he has built a very successful practice in Indianapolis, and most recently in Fishers. Dr. Henderzahs is board certified by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Henderzahs is experienced in routine and high-risk obstetrics. He is trained in traditional surgical procedures as well as the newest gynecological surgical options, including the daVinci® Hysterectomy. With a warm and compassionate bedside manner, he strives to give all patients the exceptional care they deserve. He listens attentively to concerns from patients and their families and then creates a plan of treatment that thoroughly addresses these issues.

People often ask why Dr. Henderzahs chose obstetrics and gynecology as his specialty. He has always had an interest in surgery, but during his surgical rotation in medical school he realized that general surgeons miss the long-term personal relationships with patients he wanted to have. He understands the emotional aspects of trying to conceive as well as the concerns that come with pregnancy. Being there for patients during this time is very rewarding for him. Obstetrics and gynecology let Dr. Henderzahs have close personal relationships with patients and their families while offering them many options for their surgical and medical needs.

Dr. Henderzahs and his wife, Emily, have two beautiful daughters. He is committed to being a great husband and father. He enjoys traveling and playing golf in his spare time.
